My dreams...

I wish I could make more people - especially young people - understand that science, as much as art, is an expression of the best of what we as humans can create. We all should know that a diesel engine is actually a diesel-electric engine, and how it works. We all should know the names of, say, the main mind behind the Panama Canal or the Eiffel Tower as much everybody knows Leonardo da Vinci or Shakespeare. Wait, we know Monsieur Eiffel's name, right?!? Good start...
